Got a trip to floaters this weekend there is a 10 person minimum for this trip we only have 8 fished with this guy's in November had a grate trip crew & cap ton work very hard to find and catch fish the cost is $450.00-$480.00 depending on fuel. 48 hours GULF EAGLE PORT ARANSAS TEXAS, 361-749-5597.

Gulf EAgle was 9 hrs to Boomvang last year w/ 15 people and 2-3's all the way out.

Gonna try a new "beeliner" recipe today:

marinate fish w/fresh lemon juice, olive oil and seasonings for 30 minutes or so
seasonings - tony chachere, garlic powder, dry or finely chopped parsley, fresh ground pepper

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet (one that can go into the oven) on medium high heat, sear fish to slightly blackened, turn over and pour marinated juices over fish and pop into a 375 oven for about 10 - 15 minutes until flakey...don't over cook or it will be too dry.
