going to p.o. thisweekend and need to find a good marina, need to find out about live bait [piggys] dead, ice ,incline of boat ramp .local gas price ect.froggys was recomended but i cant reach them please help ......captianmitch

the sppedy stop will have the best price on gas. I assume you are taking about port o conner. The live bait will be thin but dead bait should be around at froggys. You can always sabiki them at the cleaing tables or at the first set of rigs. We launch a 33 century as well as a 24 searay with no problems. Just use the ramp furthest away from the buliding. Many charter captains use this marina and lauch 38 ft center consoles. Hope this helps. POC doesnt have to many amenities .

BTW go get some kolaches from the lady who sells them they are the bomb. How far out you planning on going.

Yeah 14th and Van Buren... My friends house is like 3 doors down from that place.
Mitch, call me and I'll tell you where that other bait stand is if Froggys doesnt have live. Its on your way down the ICW so you just have to look for it. I have never been to this other place when they don't have live piggies.

My friends wife sell the kolaches. She gets them from another buddies shop in LaGrange.

Weikel's in LaGrange. I think you can still order them online.

I thought it was something like that. I knew that she didnt bake them.
My only complaint is that they don't have any that arent super sweet. I can't eat sugar after a night of drinking.
Speedy stop has the best "Gas station tacos" ever!
