George,
I'm really thank you for invited me and my cousin Johny fishing on your boat. We have a blast fishing with you, Marty, and Jason. Is not just fishing we having fun, we're laughing all day long because all of Marty comment. I can't wait to go back fishing with you guys again, hopefully this coming Saturday The plan for this trip is to try different tackle before George decided to buy new tackle. man....he got hot hand, every time he switched different tackle always got hit on the first drop and again and again..... And in the middle of the day I'm start to worry, because George fall in love with my Shimano Jigwrex S508 paired with Stella 20000FA ![]() For my self I'm trying my custom mudhole jigging blank cut to 4'6" paired with 8000FA, it has parabolic action but strong enough to pull AJ's from the wreck. And my cousin Johny, he pop his jigging cherry on large size cobia but lost it before gaffing About 12' hammered head shark was next to the boat, me and Marty toss the jig but Marty jig land on the shark head and scared the shark away. We fish on the 140'-180' of water with 170-250grams hammered diamond jig, benthos, abyss, flatside and "most effective" cheap jigs from ebay. Something hit on my long jig and bend it 90* angle with tooth mark in the middle of the jig, and nice size kings was around the boat all the time try to steal our jigs. We released a ton of under size AJ's between 25"-29.5" and almacos, until game warden boat patrol show up and check all our catch. By late afternoon wind start picking up and we heading back to land. I did not get enough picture of the catch, as I'm holding my rod with the fish on and take a picture everybody at the same time. Freddy I sure am glad you and your cousin came fishing and yes I did fall in love with your jigwrex, but that is as close as I will come to one because of price for combo. All I can do is dream about it. What a sweet combo. Thanks again and I am looking forward to the next trip.
