Glad to read you're finally getting the time to go out and fish!

I use pint size jars and have two pressure cookers. I am not sure of the size of my biggest. It is fairly large. I can stack pint size jars (glass) inside of the cooker. Like Bret, I use peppers, olives or whatever I want to flavor the fish. I started canning my albacore I brought home from SD years ago. I need to get back in the swing of things and start doing it again.
