Tequila Grilling Sauce
3 TBL White Tequila
3 TBL Pineapple Juice 2 TBL Chopped Cilantro 2 TBL Fresh Lime Juice 2 TBL Olive Oil 2 CLOVES Minced Garlic 1 or 2 Minced Habanero peppers 2 TSP Kosher Salt 1/2 TSP Dark Brown Sugar Pinch Black Pepper - Whisk together & Drizzle over Mahi Mahi while grilling. Works well with Wahoo and other white fish also. DO NOT Marinate or your fish will cook and fall apart before you put it on the grill. |

Thanks for this one, I will try it.
Cadiz, Sevillia, Rota all have great places to have a 2 hour lunch And maybe the best dinner in a airport restruant that I remember has been in Madrid. Post photos if you like. Kev |
