salsa for blackened fish
just made a tasty pineapple and watermelon salsa. i cut up very small pieces of watermelon and pineapple and threw em in a bowl. added some red onion cilantro and jalapino. a tiny bit of salt and pepper and lemon juice. mix it all up.
i am using this on blackened halibut. i am going to give it a try on some grouper sooner or later. if you want to stay away from watermelon and pineapple try it with mango |
