FS custom seeker extreme series rail rod
I built this rod last year with hopes of using it for tuna or swords, but never used it. Now I am building one of the composite GUSA for the same thing and I dont need 2 rods. Took it on the boat and did some lift tests with it but other than that it has NOT been used.
Rod is built on a 6' seeker extreme series blankEX6460XXH-6' 50 (80) 130. Guides are fuji Turbo style with SIC rings, american tackle aluminum reel seat and gimbal, and cork/burl grips (not good for trolling). If you would like I will cover the grips with x shrink wrap Asking $325 firm 42# lift ![]() ![]() Last edited by mike garone : 06-22-2008 at 11:59 PM. |

I am switching over to a PURC 55 H plus. I was thinking about going to the beast but pulled on it and that thing is way too much for me!. The blank is rated 50-80 but I feel it is rated on the light side. I have a predator which is also rated 50-80 and this thing has much more power than the predator. I am going to run 80# on this rod for swords and tuna and going to put all american rollers on it. Components should be here tomorrow so keep a lookout for new pics!
