Where can I buy a good Nautical Chart/Map?

Hey guys

I'm looking for a good Nautical Chart/Map of St. Kitts/Nevis in the caribbean that's fairly large, poster sized (so I can hang up in my room)....

Anyone know where I can get one? I've seen a few Nautical Charts, but they consist of all of the Leeward Islands and I would like St. Kitts only. I want the chart/map to be as detailed and specific about St. Kitts as possible.

Thanks in advance

Brian

Hey Brian,

NOAA only produces charts for inland U.S. waterways, coastal U.S., and U.S. territories. As far as I know, the only U.S. source for charts outside those areas would be the Defense Mapping Agency. You might try contacting them at Defense Supply Center Richmond - Mapping Customer Operations

Another resource might be R. H. John Chart Agency Nautical Charts, Nautical Publications, nautical supplies - R. H. John Chart Agency, Inc.

I stand corrected... DMA charts are now called NIMA Charts.

I've emailed the Defense Supply Center to see if they have any nautical maps of the island and I also found this map

Imray Lolaire Carribbean Nautical Charts / Leeward Islands - (800) 596-7245

Map #A25
