The two greenhorns from the jetties were nice guys but I think we overwhelmed them. They didn't talk much. I think they were scared. When we lost site of land they started getting nervous. The only thing I remember them saying was "are we ever going to stop." Those two guys will never forget that trip. At one point I told them we were lost and taking on water and asked them if they knew how to swim. One of them jumped overboard immediately and I was trolling with 7 lines out. I've seen stupid things done while fishing, but that might take the Darwin award.

My other two friends came back from a funeral to fish for a few days. It was good relief for them as they both lost a childhood friend. Man, we hammered the fish and whiskey. I'm still trying to figure out if my arms are sore from pumping up fish or shaking margaritas.

Gunsmoke, you certainly have some interesting fishing stories!!!! Good luck this weekend. Keep em coming!!! That would have been a sight watching that guy bail out with 7 lines out.. Not too bright.....

LOL!! thats funny. he bailed.... you are cold!! hehe!! Saw the report of the firecracker snap, crackle, and pop in the chest! OUCH! Davy Jones claimed some mighty fine tackle.

I believe Snagged(Jerry) is gonna have the dog leash for me ... said something about it having hooks all over it... at least if I go over- I wil make good MAKO bait...lol.

Did he throw the hooks?
