Only reason to put glue on the PR knot is to keep the tag end from unraveling.

All knots benefit from this. Bimini knots benefit from glue, not to strengthen the knot but to keep it from unraveling or coming loose. It doesn't hurt anything to add a drop of glue to the tag end.

    Hi Guys

Putting a drop of glue on the tag end of a knot may work in some instances, it will stop the unraveling of the tag.
But for a PR knot, if it joins the returning line (tag) to the main input line the tension will go onto both the input main line and the tag. The knot may fail as it is designed for the mainlines slow spiral down to grip onto the plastic line and slip inside the final overhand loops, lock that up and it will pull on both lines, and pull off the plastic line at the top.
Guess it also depends on the type of glue.
