those arent my pics, they are randy with anglers pro shop's...

However, I have used the knots and never had a problem... I think sometimes we make things way too hard!!!

It might look simple but its a dead knot, like Mcgolfer suggested a few drops of glue ...

Those are Fisherman Siden Assist hooks, I like them because of the short shank and wide gap; ideal for jigs. you can get them here:

The bigger the better!

Thanks Randy. I'll be placing an order for some of those hooks and some kevlar cord. What size hooks were you using in the photos?
