Best braid-to-braid knot

I'm going to strip about 100 yards of 80# Powerpro from my reels and replace it with 100 yards of 80# OTI multicolor braid.

What is the best knot to use, to splice two pieces of 80# braid?

Bimini twist on both end of the braid and loop to loop connection to joint the both end, I use this connection for 80lb and up.
Double line Uni to Uni for 80lb and under.

Exactly...do a three times through cats paw to finish the loop to loop.

I splice all of the spectra on my reels to heavier spectra underneath so that i only need to change out 300 yds at a time (instead of 600+ yds). i've always used a double uni with at least 10 turns on each side and a drop of crazy glue.
i rarely target fish large enough to pull 300 yds of line off my reel, but in the cases that the splice has gone out, I've never had it fail. That being said, the heaviest that I've ever spliced in that manner is 100# power pro, so I don't know about heavier lines.

the uni/uni is what I do. In spectra it is very small, barely larger than the line width itself as far as I can tell. And it is simple and very fast to tie. Especially useful if you have to cut out a tangle with a fish on and rejoin the severed line quickly.
