Last night I worked on the Tail Wheel Lock release handle on this bird. after 60 years the # 3 rivets holding the handle on the shaft gave up.. LoL

Jerry.. Before

This Lower trailing edge wing skin and flap bell-crank support hat section had battle damage and fatigue cracking.

After we re-fabricated them.. here's both new parts being drilled for assembly.

Before the Wing T/E skin had deep dings and corrosion.. the damaged sections were cut out / removed & re-fabricated.
