Darn weather....the trip to Venice has been cancelled....crap.

Man, sorry to hear that.. whats the forecast over there??? I guess its better to cancel before you leave CC, than to have cancelled after you had driven umpteen hours to get there. . Hopefully yall can reschedule and get er done!

Not to hijack this thread but Richard I just got an email from Willie saying you had sold your spot to Nate thinking the trip was Sept. 14-16 instead of Sept. 7-9. My question is .... does this mean you coulda still gone on September 7-9?

No, I am scheduled for a trip to Puerto Vallarta from Sept. 7-11. I wish we could communicate from boat to boat to see how the fishing is going. Good luck! I hope I can sink into one of those PV cows!!

I hope the storm didn't mess up PV YFT.

we can communicate if we are within a few miles of each other if you or some one else on this trip has another handheld vhf radio. i have one but will not bring it unless we have a pair....rick...by the way old farts rule....lol

I meant a radio that would communicate between the PV boat and the Big E....
