does anyone onboard this trip live in the houston area?? I may be looking to catch a ride back to a hotel near the airport (IAH) on the 6th so that I can leave on July 7th. I would chip in for gas too.

Angelo,
I can give you a ride from Bush Int'l Airport on July 2nd, but I can not give you a ride to the airport as I have to leave to the airport as soon as the boat gets back to the dock on July 6 as the fight is scheduled to leave at 7:00 pm. I hope someone can give you a ride to the airport.

I told my wife yesterday I had to go to Alaska as one gentleman is coming from England and I had to guide him.

But I didn't have courage to tell her I go to Texas as soon as I come back from Alaska. So I can not go home after Alaska trip and the Big E trip becomes mere extention of Alaska trip.

Aruvio: You could stay at my house and catch the Galveston shuttle or the super shuttle to the airport. Just Google them and see what you think. My son may be going as well he is a CAL captain. He lives a few blocks from me. I live in Friendswood Tx, south side of Houston. I could possibley drive you up there if I don't have some work that day. It's a 100 mile round trip for me.
