that sounds good to me.....at this point i'd be happy to just catch bluefish and fluke or seabass

Are you going to do the weekly seabass charters again? I want to go on a seabass or cod trip when I come home for Christmas

Sorry I am in Costa Rica during Christmas Holidays. If you come earier, we might try cod on the Helen H out of Hyannis, Cape Cod. Cod are not big, but you can catch over 50 cod on jigs. Offshore weekly seabass jigging charter usually start from January.

I didn't say to TJ how great tuna fishing is in PV right now. I just said how miserable his life would be if he doesn't come to PV and Oct 9 trip is canceled due to weather. Sorry Paul708.

How about Victors Place in Marina Vallarta.

Cafe Tacuba/Victor's Place in Puerto Vallarta Mexico

Victor's is a great place. Their are a lot of very nice restaurants in PV. Some are high-jacker joints. Victors gives you a lot of bang for your buck. It's a great fun place that doesn't empty out your wallet. Food and drinks are great. I think I remember that they gave me a shot of Tequila with every drink I ordered. Don't drink all the shots if you want to tackle a cow the next day. Those cows will beat you up enough without a hangover.

I got so wasted a couple of years ago in PV, that I couldn't even focus to get my line between the roller guides when setting up my gear. I forgot how to tie a knot. I even mounted a reel upside down. That was the longest day I've ever spent on the water. I thought it was lunch time at 9AM. At 10:30AM I thought it was 5PM. To top it off, I forgot my sunglasses.
