Need recomendation for boat service- SW Texas

I'm posting this for a friend of mine who has a 26' Glacier Bay he keeps at Port Mansfield. When his boat needs service, he hauls it to San Antonio.

Can you help with the following:

1. Recomendation for a shop with offshore boat experience for my service needs- boat, motors (Yamaha) and accessories/electronics.

Either Corpus Christi, Harlingen or Port Isabel area.

2. Emergency road service for trailer/truck in the following cities:
(I needed it last weekend- boat is too tall on the trailer (13'6") and too heavy (7,600 lb.s) for most people to move it)
