Dfw Xmas get together????
Any of you Guys want to have a gathering for the winter? We havent had one in a while, Betsi and I will be glad to host.. Check your calendars and see what evening would work for you guys.. I am thinking the 1st or 2nd weekend in Dec..
I have plenty of Dorado and Tuna to cookup . let me know if yall have any interest... |

So How about Sunday, December 7 ??????? Will that work for everyone?? Sunday at 3pm.. my house in Euless... Let me know if that will work??
I know with Turkey day and Xmas around the corner.. our weekends get filled up very quickly. San, here is the Tuna Poke recipe.. Sounds pretty tasty.. I will make some up and give it a try. yall will be the guinea pigs.... lol. SERVES 10 (change servings and units) Ingredients 2 lbs fresh ahi tuna 1 small round onion, julienne cut (Maui Onions preferred) 3 green onions, diced 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated fresh ginger 3 finely diced garlic cloves 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon Chinese chili sauce (Rooster Brand) 1 teaspoon hawaiian sea salt or kosher salt Directions 1 Cut Ahi into at least 1/2" cubes - set aside & refrigerate. 2 Combine all other ingredients in a large glass bowl & refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 3 When ready to serve toss Ahi and other ingredients together. 4 Serve on chilled platter with chopsticks or toothpicks. |

I am out of town the 1st weekend of the month, but will be here for the second. I am down for whatever! Hopefully, I will have gotten offshore and can contribute to the feast!

count me in for Dec 7 ! & thanks for the Ahi Poke recipe I'll bring ice , fillet knives , sriracha hot sauce, mediterranean sea salt and whatever else you need let me know Please send direction to your place (Plano) Looking forward to it! |
