Anyone planning another Big E trip before TBB07?

Hey Guys,

With the news that the Big E is probably sold and will be gone by October 31, I've been thinking about trying to get on one more 52-hr trip before the TBB07 in September. Just wondered if anyone else has any 52-hr trips planned on the Big E between now and then.

I haven't called the office to see what is still open but hope to find some 360tunaheads or 2coolers to hook up with for the same trip.

Any truth to the rumor that Gunsmoke bought the Big E? lol!

Sounds good however I can't do it on June 28th or the first week of July got to go to a wedding in NJ

I think that is a rumor . He hates headboats . My phone rang last night a 3:00 in the morning. I thought someone had died since I now have 3 relatives either in skill nursing centers or the hospital. It was GS. He was very cocktailed.

He called me the "P" word for about two minutes until he settled down. They had just busted the jetties on their way to Colt 45. They had just left "Sharkey's" (a bar) and hopped on the boat. They all sounded very drunk. I wish I was with him and that group right now. It's my funnest weekend of the year. But, I'm trapped with all the sick ones. Hopefully, next year.
