the sustain doesnt have a barring on both sides of the handle. kind of weak if you ask me. the twin power has barrings on both sides plus one extra on the drive train. the pg(power gear) has a deeper spool, but not by much. overall the twin power is the real to beat under the stella. no one in the us will fix it however. you can order parts directly from shimano. you wont get the spare spool but i thnik its a much better deal than the sustain.
