Well argo, your LX is a little tainted, but it will only be temporary.

Well I got the courage to take apart my first conventional and it aint as easy as it seems.
Seems I lost the spring in the anti reverse deal, I took off the plate to clean out what looked like gunk (mighta just been grease), and POP the spring flew away

So does anyone have an idea what size spring I should go get at roys? Or should I concede defeat and just let em fix it up?

And on this LX, there is a little black button that you have to push in to get full drag, I took it out and just replaced the cover, is this as stupid as I think it is? I just took it out thinking that if I ever get a big one and I needa button down, Im not gonna wanna push in a button, can someone set me straight?

Also Im gonna be using this on the 12hr trip ( I know it aint a 52hr on the Big E, but Im buying a Laser, so money aint all over me right now

) what rod shall I put this on? Under $150 and preferably un $100, mostly for jigging.
