There will be some bunks in the galley, but I'd suggest the other bunks if you're a light sleeper.
The fishing spot depends on what you like to do. I like to throw topwater so I prefer the bow, but the stern is highly favored on The Dolphin.
Definitely set up a trolling rig and bring a safety line rather than use the pole holders. You may want to work with 3 others to coordinate your spread.
However, I've never seen anything hook up on the ride out.
