We are going to try those lures on the trip and find out they also work in Gulf of Mexico.
Could you describe how to work those lures ?
I am sitting in a motel room in Morehead City, NC now as we couldn't get out due to windy condition. They say wind starts to die down in the afternoon. I just talked with a commercial giant fisherman and he said he usually land a giant in 400-500 lbs range in 20 minutes.
