I like fishing the the new moon for tuna and the full for wahoo. So lets shoot for a halfmoon. I normally alternate on a day unless I know of a hot hooter bite. Normal plan is to hit the rig by the lump on the way out and then tuna fish and if that is slow I move around looking for hooters, ajs, etc.
