flexibility and strenth and lightness is what makes this rod special.
In my opinion a stiffer and stronger rod with no flex to it, will tire you out
faster, that will negate the whole purpos of Japanese style of jigging.
I have jigged 8,10hrs straight and landed big fish without much effert or got tired.

i absoutly agree. with me i dont get to see those blanks or rod, i can only go by what i have built. and know the bend at what drag setting looks like
if you were to compare what JM would compare to the wei World?
