.. i built alot on the CGBT blank which is in the triflex..the more i used the rod ..i didnt like the fast tip..for tog or Oldgrounds flukin ..lami came out with a new model its a little lighter in the tip(still not light enough for me) designed for tog here in the NE..for a "production" rod they are ok..there are some other blanks we use instead..i do like the 8' model for jigging tuna and cod, i used that last year and liked it
