Kil: I'd bet the drag increases after a few runs on your 665 because of heat
expansion in the drag plate, narrowing tolerance. Alan Am I off base?
Wow that frame issue is a rough one! Might try chasing the thread w/ a
tap before installing the screws. Only problem is you usually remove a lot of the anodization when you do. I've experienced this issue in other applications(automotive). mostly on TTY headbolts. add oil to threads &
torque values increase by 20-25% on average.
